Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Yarn Dragon. Every order means the world to us.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
While we always aim for next-day fulfillment, please note that during busy periods — including product launches, sales, holidays, travel, or unexpected volume spikes — processing time may extend to 2–3 business days.
If there is ever a significant delay, we’ll communicate with you directly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping time is separate from processing time. Once your order has shipped, delivery speed depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other postal delays outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our shop. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Yarn Dragon is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need support navigating that process, we’re happy to help.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered.
Unused, unwound items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us prior to sending a return so we can provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as Yarn Dragon cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, slight variations in color between dye lots are normal and are not considered defects.
